Overview:
The User Experience (UX) Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive efficient and enjoyable digital experiences for our users. They are responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into delightful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

You drive endtoend product experiences that consider user and product ecosystems workflow and design patterns. You develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide crossteam work.
This is a horizontal role working across many product teams to identify patterns and needs which are not currently served by the platform.
Identify common problems and needs across multiple business units and propose new platform capabilities (such as reusable component bundles & pages) to solve them in a scalable way. Be the Bridgebuilder across teams
Set standards and determine best practices that other teams should follow to build the best products.
Create components page templates interaction patterns and inform the overall information architecture for many products across the company built for different use cases.
Create specifications and usage guidance documentation that is easy to understand and supports our community
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of relevant design experience.
An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant holistic solutions based on humancentered design and research data
Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide crossteam work and successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision.
A growth mindset actively broadening areas of inquiry and learning and seeking new opportunities and
challenges.
Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on humancentered design principles and research data while influencing product experience strategy across a particular business unit or product line
