What youll be doing
Learn assembly and test processes to build electromechanical medical devices and then train Spanish speaking operators on the process.
Operate standard inspection and test equipment that is maintained by engineering.
Assist in validation activities for equipment and new test methods.
Record results maintain records and perform basic data analysis.
Perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs.
Update standard work and execute production pilots to qualify the process updates as part of the manufacturing engineering team.
Support day to day production line issues such as product quarantines rework CAPAs/NCRs Returns Review and equipment qualifications (IQ OQ PQ TMV SV).

What youll bring
2 years of handson technical experience in manufacturing quality or field service; regulated industry experience preferred (medical device aerospace or automotive).
Ability to speak Spanish and English proficiently.
Proven experience as a technical trainer.
Bachelors degree in industrial manufacturing biomedical mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
Ability to read and understand technical documents (test methods drawings etc.).
Proven experience multitasking and thriving under pressure in a high mix medium volume production environment.
Proven understanding of common physical inspection and electrical test equipment (calipers micrometers multimeter oscilloscope etc.).
Soldering skills and experience working with electrical components/assemblies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven experience working with crossfunctional teams.
Willingness to learn new applications processes and skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
OnSite/Remote:
Candidate must be able to work onsite in Milwaukee WI.
010% travel required for this position

Schedule/Contract:
This position is a temporary contract position with an approximate end date of August 31 2024 pending business needs as part of the site decommissioning process.
