Most of the associates in paint work 4x10MondayThursday but 5x8 are possible as well.
The 4x10 shift has a couple options for hoursbut core hours are 62. 5x8 hours are 73:30
All US ISC touch labor roles are eligible Subco Bonus Program to 3k and a change in the payout structure:
XX1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
XX1k at 60 days
XX1k at 90 days
** to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus.
Job description:
Position is for paint department. Duties may include any/all of the following: Primarily masking parts in preparation for paint application and demasking following paint application. Sanding and cleaning parts before paint application. Using the computer to labor on and off of jobs and data entry in paint tracking system. Ability to work at a fast pace under moderate pressure a plus.
