Researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products.
Developing an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders
Delivering a weekly purchase order report to supervisors.
Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.
Assisting the Supervisors/Managers with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis.
Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
Process data accurately and efficiently
Verify data accuracy and completeness
Handle documents and correspondence
Communicate with internal and external customers
Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Ensure timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with other team members as needed

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Special Considerations:
Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant. Exposure to substantial machine chemical biological or other physical risks are anticipated.
