Associates must have a minimum of 35 years of soldering and other electronicsrelated experience in a Space & Defense manufacturing environment. Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communication skills. Position requires an associate who is capable of understanding and executing tasks as defined by engineering work instructions. Familiarity with computers is required. Candidate must be able to work in a selfdirected teaming & continuous improvement environment.

Position requires the completion of 40hr solder & ESD training certification class provided by Honeywell during orientation.

Skills/Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
Due to government regulations must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma or GED
35 years of Assembler experience (i.e. soldering & electronics).

Additional Qualifications:
Working knowledge of computers strongly desired
Ability to work with fine pitch components & detail chassis wiring.
Position requires the completion of 40hr solder & ESD training certification class.
Experience in Space & Defense manufacturing environments.
Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be able to work in a selfdirected teaming & continuous improvement environment.

The minimum level of education required for ISC assignments is High School diploma/GED. Suppliers should obtain a copy of the candidates highest level of education (HSD/GED or degree) to avoid delays in onboarding.

Worker will require a standard eye exam. Local facility is The supplier should pay for the exam and bill/invoice back to Honeywell on a miscellaneous invoice through Fieldglass. The completed eye exam form must be brought to the worksite upon 1st day NEO (New Employee Orientation).

Worker will utilize eShop for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation. Honeywell manager is responsible for training worker to utilize eShop system. the candidates does NOT need to input time into Fieldglass. Time will be uploaded from echarge/eshop every Tuesday.

Please note Clearwater only starts contractors on Mondays.

Start date will be moved up as needed in order for selected candidate to start once onboarding is completed/clear. Be sure your candidates are available to start right away once onboarding is complete.
