Node.js Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing scalable and efficient serverside applications using Node.js
• Implementing security and data protection measures
• Designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements using serverside logic
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Managing and deploying applications on cloud platforms
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Node.js developer or similar role
• Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Understanding of serverside templating languages
• Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in asynchronous programming and eventdriven architecture
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and React
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Certifications in relevant technologies is a plus
• Experience with Express.js and other related frameworks
• Understanding of microservices architecture is desirable
• Ability to mentor junior developers is a plus
