Role and Responsibilities:
As a Chat Process Executive you will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through webchat email and social media channels. You will provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice email and chat while maintaining accurate and uptodate customer records. Additionally identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential. Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
