Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Manage a team of Unit Sales Managers and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives
Primarily responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
The product groups that the role holder will be responsible include home insurance
Conduct regular and timely training of the partner channel members on new products process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
Accountable for managing the partner relation at location level day to day
MIS Management & Analysis under Role Objective
Leads Generation to Conversion Funnel Management under Skills Required
