This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (PST working hours travel as needed)

Duration: 3 months

Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic UKG Benefits Implementation Consultant to assist with the UKG Pro Benefit Administration module over a 3month period. This role is ideal for individuals who have a foundational understanding of HR Benefits and are skilled in working with UKG Pro Benefits. The consultant will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Payroll and HR departments to guide test and migrate current Benefit solutions to UKG Pro ensuring adherence to appropriate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in migrating and implementing the UKG Pro Benefit Administration module.
  • Work handson with testing data loads data validation and other cutover needs for the UKG Benefits module implementation.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Payroll and HR departments during the transition process.
  • Contribute to the development testing and maintenance of procedures and guidelines for the HR and UKG implementation project.
  • Collaborate closely with the UKG benefits team supporting handson testing data conversion and validation work.
  • Participate in endtoend testing and training alongside business and relevant departments.
  • Assist in defect resolution and continuous improvement processes.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with UKG Pro Benefits.
  • Basic knowledge of HR Benefits including enrollment administration processes and vendor/provider interfaces.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
