Overview:
The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces for our digital products. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create wireframes storyboards user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering.
Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards.
Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders users and data insights.
Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of design best practices trends and technologies.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation.
Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and userexperience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
Take a usercentered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts Computer Science or related field.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of design projects reflecting work in UI/UX design.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Illustrator or similar.
Experience with responsive design and mobile applications.
Understanding of basic frontend languages: HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
Knowledge of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong understanding of usability principles and testing methodologies.
Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
Ability to take constructive criticism and provide rationale for design decisions.
