UIUX designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors needs and motivations
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into overall user experience
• Develop and maintain design wireframes mockups and specifications
• Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing and analytics
• Stay current on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies
• Advocate for the user by designing elegant simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Contribute to the development of design patterns and style guides
• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and technical constraints
• Participate in design critiques brainstorming sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of usercentered design processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
