UIUX Designer

• Lead design projects from concept to execution working closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user research user testing and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring design consistency across all digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems to streamline the design process and maintain design consistency.
• Mentor and coach junior designers providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and share knowledge and insights with the team.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or related field.
• 56 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and delivering highquality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or similar.
• Deep understanding of usercentered design principles usability best practices and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography color and layout.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
