UIUX Designer At Venture Capital

We are looking for passionate UI/UX Designer to work in a remote setup for our Europebased client. For this role we only process candidates who are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Key tasks:

• Research and understand user needs preferences and behaviors
• Conduct usability testing surveys and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Monitor and analyze user engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines best practices and standards.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences across various platforms (web mobile etc.) via Figma.
• Create wireframes storyboards landing pages adds user flows and prototypes to communicate design ideas via Figma and component architectures.
• Create animations and videos explaining features & benefits
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints and company goals.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all design elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that UI/UX design supports content marketing strategies.
• Provide design support to other team members as needed.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies.
