Job Overview
As a UI/UX Designer with 23 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. Working closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and marketers you will contribute to the entire design process from concept to implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting user research creating wireframes and prototypes and iterating on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop user interface designs that adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback usability testing and data analysis.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Provide design support for marketing materials including website assets landing pages and promotional graphics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- 23 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Sketch Figma or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and processes.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
