Job Description:

Incident & change Management supporting Cisco UCCE Contact Center Platforms.

Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
.
Scripting for call flow changes.
.
Exposure on CISCO IVR Call Studio platform.
.
Should be having work experience on CUCM/UCCE/CVP platform.
.
Should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
.
Sound understanding of end to end VOIP Telephony Architecture.
.
Sound understanding of UCCE and CVP Call Flows.
Job Details:
Experience: 5-7 years.
Location: Delhi/NCR
Salary: Depends on experience and skills
Notice period: Immediate Joiner or 30 days
Requirements
Education Requirement
Bachelors in Engineering or BTech (Computer Science or Telecom)
Bachelors in Engineering requirement waived for Candidates who have CCIE and any bachelors degree.
Certifications Preference (not required)
CCIE (Collaboration)
CCNP (Collaboration)
