REMOTE TYPIN/ Information entry - $25-$75 per hour
Description
We are a Hospital & Health Care organization seeking an enthusiastic Information entry clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of patient information into our electronic health records system. As a Information entry clerk, you will play a critical role in contributing to the quality of healthcare services we provide to our patients. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
Accurately input patient information into our electronic health records system
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all data entry tasks
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Prepare and organize electronic medical records
Communicate with other healthcare professionals to verify patient information
Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in medical records
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Computer with reliable internet access
Dedicated and quiet work space to ensure productivity
Ability to work independently and efficiently without immediate supervision
Strong written and oral communication skills
Prior experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles is a plus
Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or similar fields is welcomed
