- Contribute to JobsNow! grant application and selection process and provides tailored monitoring and support for technical implementation of JobsNow! grants to assigned TVET institution portfolio.
- Contribute to development of co-designed market-driven training programs at selected TVET institutions.
- Technical monitoring of curricula review and development and inclusion of key components.
- Development of Work Based Learning (WBL)/apprenticeship programs aligned with new/upgraded training programs.
- Contribute to development and distribution of Curriculum Co-Design Guide to support TVETs in enhanced capacity to independently engage private sector and youth actors to adapt and independently replicate a co-design process.
