• Coordination for conditional monitoring.

• Organizing material / manpower required.
• Preparing budgets.
• Monitoring actual cost with budget.
• Taking corrective actions
• Monitoring inventory.
• Identifying Kaizen/focused improvement area.
• Studying abnormalities / deviations
• Analysing problematic areas
• Reviewing material requirement & inventory.
• Controlling contractor cost. Controlling over time
• Analysing problems breakdowns.
• Identifying areas requiring improvement
• Carry out whywhy analysis.
• Review drawings / specifications
• Formulate proposal.
• Implementation of approved proposals.
• Reviewing Technical Cell suggestions and implementation
• Carryout the required checking testing as per guidelines.
• Maintain statutory records of the observations. Take corrective measures for deviations.
• Identify & rectify unsafe points & unsafe practice in the area.
• On the job training to staff & workmen on safety & treatment.
• Creating a Safety culture in the organization Ensure all Safety Standards & procedure are implemented in section.
• Prepare and comply Personal Safety Action Plan (PSAP) Submission of SO Reporting of Near Miss & Refresher Training in MySetu system
