We are seeking a drivenLitigation Lawyer to negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients.An Attorney who is ready to go to battle for our clients and isnt afraid of a little challenge.

Our litigation department seeks an experienced Trial Attorney who can handle a case from start to finish with minimal supervision. This position offers a great opportunity for attorneys interested in litigating highvolume cases and making a significant impact on their clients lives with room for growth within the firm. Responsibilities:

• Negotiating personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Litigating cases from the start of the complaint through resolution.
• Drafting pleadings and motions including summary judgment motions.
• Propounding and responding to discovery.
• Preparing for taking or defending depositions.
• Appearing in court as needed.
• Conducting legal research.
• Managing relations with clients.
• Preparing for trial.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury experience would be preferred but not mandatory.
• The candidate should have 1st or 2nd chair trial experience but its not a requirement.
• Strong negotiator skills are a must.
• The candidate should have a desire to represent the underdog.
• We are looking for someone hungry driven relentless and resilient.
• The candidate should have strong communication skills and be a people person.
• Good grammar skills are a must.
• Strong organizational skills are a must.
• The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• We are looking for someone eager to learn grow perform responsibilities to the best of their ability and strive to excel.
• The candidate should be able to work in a team environment.
• The candidate must have passed the Bar Exam in California.

Compensation:

• Salary: $150k $250k D.O.E.
• Plus Additional Attorney Fee Structure
• Law School Tuition Reimbursement Program up to $200k!
• Salary plus bonus opportunities!
