Responsibilities

Manage banking operations and ensure it is performed in accordance with the US/Canada/LatAm regulations Responsible for cash positioning and cash management activities including cash position reconciliation bank reporting bank platform administration and controls

Drive and support initiatives to optimize banking architecture bank fee structure and cash management processes

Manage intercompany relationships and settlements Report to senior management on current cash positions and anticipated changes to cash flows

Create robust shortterm cash flow forecasting processes Work closely with internal groups including Accounting Tax and Legal on Treasury related projects Collaborate with our financial systems teams to establish and maintain treasury technology solutions Implement remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk; refine and document Treasury processes and procedures Handle adhoc Treasury projects and presentations for Treasury Lead mentor and develop a growing team of Treasury professionals Requirements:

• 8 years experience in global corporate treasury Experience working at a technology company is highly desirable
  
• Strong familiarity with merchant payment processors and systems
  
• European and US Treasury management experience is preferred
  
• Treasury Management System (TMS) experience
  
• Strong communication skills ability to multitask and high attention to detail
  
• A strong understanding of financial and operational controls
  
• Experience in a fastpaced startup or large multinational
  
• Team Player high level of dependability and strong work ethic Enthusiastic selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  
• CTP a plus

Required Experience Active CPA with Big 4 experience is preferred 2+ years of combined experience in private industry and public accounting, with at least 2+ years of work experience directly related to revenue recognition ASC 606 experience in SaaS and Hardware required RevPro, Oracle and SalesForce application experience is preferred Work closely with ERP team to track projects in progress and system enhancements Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of current US GAAP with respect to revenue recognition and ability/willingness to stay current on all related developing issues Experience with GAAP revenue forecasting preferred Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required and ability to work with and analyze and interpret large volumes of transactional data Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and operate with a sense of urgency, with self-starter orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a change agent for implementing new ideas and process improvements in an increasingly complex environment
