Cross Border Talents is looking for Travel Customer Service Representative (German Speaking)

Schedule: Monday to Friday shifts between 9:00 am 8:00 pm

Training Period: 3 months Monday to Friday 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Location: Sofia Bulgaria


Job Description:

Were in search of a diligent individual fluent in German and English (B2 level) to join our team as a Travel Customer Service Representative. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues and maintaining uptodate information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Answer Inquiries:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

**Resolve Issues:** Address and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency ensuring a positive resolution.

**Update Information:** Keep customers informed by providing accurate information regarding travel destinations pricing and availability.

**Update Documentation:** Maintain accurate records by updating documentation and systems with relevant customer information.

**Ensure Satisfaction:** Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns they may have.

**Offer Guidance:** Provide guidance and assistance to customers in navigating our services and resolving any challenges they encounter.

**Analyze Issues:** Analyze customer issues and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Assess Reports:** Evaluate reports and metrics to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for enhancement.

**Implement Fixes:** Collaborate with relevant teams to implement fixes and improvements based on analysis and assessment.

**Qualifications:**

Proficient in both English (B2 level) and German (fluent both written and verbal).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computer systems and software applications.

**Compensation:**

Base salary: Competitive

Performance bonus: Up to 300 BGN (based on performance)
