We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Concierge Manager. As a Travel Concierge Manager you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations offering expert advice and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and activities.
- Provide personalized recommendations and create customized itineraries based on clients preferences budgets and interests.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone email and online chat.
- Stay updated on trends destinations and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Format into sections and lists to improve readability
Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender nationality and age

Requirements
