Your daily missions:
- Answer Inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries regarding travel arrangements policies and destination information.
- Resolve Issues: Act as a mediator to swiftly address and resolve customer concerns related to travel disruptions ensuring minimal impact on their experience.
- Update Information: Ensure customers are informed of the latest travel updates advisories and itinerary changes to facilitate smooth and wellinformed journeys.
- Update Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions adhering to stringent documentation standards for compliance and accountability.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers postresolution to ensure their contentment and address any lingering issues fostering a positive and lasting impression.
- Offer Guidance: Provide tailored advice and recommendations to customers aiding them in making informed decisions about travel options and experiences.
- Analyze Issues: Identify recurring customer issues and trends through data analysis enabling proactive measures to enhance service quality and prevent future grievances.
- Assess Reports: Analyze performance metrics and reports to evaluate customer care effectiveness extracting insights to drive strategic improvements and optimize operations.
- Provide Guidance: Offer guidance and mentorship to frontline staff equipping them with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues adeptly.
Training
Experience a plus but we train!
2 weeks training 2 weeks nesting
Compensation: 43200 BGN/ gross year base salary
Bonuses:
- Transportation and Performance Bonus: 50 BGN 300 BGN
- Bonus for important life events (marriage or university graduation): 500 BGN
Working conditions:
Type of Contract: Permanent
Location of the Office: Sofia Bulgaria
Relocation Package
- 14 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)
- Reimbursement of travel expenses in the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months
What makes you stand out:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Fluency in German both written and verbal
- Working level of English (at least B2 to be able to communicate throughout the hiring process and with a team after employment)
- Work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
