Tasks

• Receive incoming phone calls from customers and provide assistance regarding transportation services

• Listen to customer inquiries complaints and requests and provide accurate and timely information

• Enter customer information and transportation requests into the companys database system

• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely transportation services

• Resolve customer issues and concerns by providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment

• Familiarity with transportation industry terminology and procedures

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
