Key responsibilities/What you do
  • This role will report to the APAC Head of Transformation and support the Head of IT/CTO in leading the strategic change agenda
  • Responsible for the development and the implementation of the transformation roadmap for the Operating Entity/region
  • The delivery coverage here includes the projects sponsored by the global/group teams, all application & infrastructure projects warranting customer sponsorship, and large transformational projects such as GEARSHIFT
  • Participate in the annual budget planning process in partnership with the account management, Portfolio management, and finance teams. Collaborate with the customer counterparts to ensure alignment of programs in support of the budget planning discussions
  • Undertake periodic review of the demand, plan and coordinate delivery activities, develop scope and budget for delivery projects and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Build productive working relationships with customers for business growth
  • Define and track KPIs for successful program delivery and manage the delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Oversee daily activities of the transformation project teams and provide direction and guidance as needed, and analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments based on the requirements of transformation project portfolio
  • Evaluate the performance of teams and determine training needs.
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time saving


Requirements

Key requirement /What you bring
  • Degree in information technology or relevant
  • 15 years of relevant experience from multi-national organizations
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle in a consulting or shared services environment and bid/proposal preparation, exposure to regulatory needs, and the ability to negotiate contracts
  • Experience with AGILE, DevOps, and Waterfall-based SDLC methods
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in managing project financials, demand management, change management, managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous
  • Experience in running production support teams from an insurance company, or a Shared services / Service Provider organization is preferable
  • Fluent in English
