About the Role:

A Training Unit Assistant Specialist is needed for a 6month project in Martinez CA. This role supports the Training department in developing coordinating and administering training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and coordination of training schedules and materials.
• Support the administration of training programs including logistics registrations and recordkeeping.
• Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with external training providers and manage training resources.
• Provide administrative support to the training team.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in a training support role or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
