Title : Training Technician
Location : Houston, TX
Note : This is onsite Position day 1 onsite
- Experience in direct delivery of instructions. Experience in a military academic training environment. Able to clearly communicate, present materials in a confident manner, and articulate as needed. Able to learn and become familiar or proficient with Qualtrics survey system
- Training Technicians to provide comprehensive support to the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Branches within SED
- Training Technicians shall be responsible for sending survey data to the SED Program Director, Department Chief, and COR. In addition, they may be tasked to communicate any issues discovered to additional individuals (as required and deemed appropriate by METC SED Division Managers and/or COR).
- Training Technicians shall collaborate with METC Faculty Management and Accreditation (and SED Division Managers and/or COR) to complete their reports for the verification process.
- Training Technicians should be able to explain their role accurately and efficiently within METC, DHA, and each military service. Brief on the extended function of creating surveys upon request for programs and survey ability to improve training to incoming staff
- Training Technicians shall resolve all substantiated customer complaints within five (5) business days after notice of complaint.
- Training Technicians shall review relevant survey data results before conducting QARs and program checklists to complete the QAR process.
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

Experience on Identity and Access Management and the operation of identity and access processes and controls for Active Directory, Email and Collaboration Platforms and cloud based solutions. Preferred experience with One Identity products Experience with appropriate programming language such as SQL, VB.Net (Visual Basic .NET), C Sharp (C#) and Java script. Previous experience with working in the back end of Identity Management systems Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking/process engineering Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding Experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management
