Training Specialist
Are you a highly motived skilled technology trainer looking to take the next step in your career Would you love to put your passion for teaching and SaaS knowledge to work in a vital role in a dynamic collaborative environment This creative industryleading fintech company is seeking a new Training Specialist to join their enterprising team. In this role you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal staff on the features functionality and best practices of the SaaS platform. You will evaluate gaps in knowledge and develop targeted solutions to address them evaluate the effectiveness of your programs provide onboarding support & guidance and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the training programs. This is a fulltime permanent fully remote position that can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements
Must Haves
- At least 3 years of experience in training and enablement roles including in a SaaS organization; aptitude to quickly learn technical products
- Background designing and delivering training programs including creating engaging materials and facilitating interactive sessions
- Experience with learning management systems and elearning tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Selfmotivated with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

- Background with learning management system implementation
- Certification in training methodologies or instructional design
