Responsibilities:
  • Will formulate and conceptualize training modules based on the needs of the employees and the management
  • Will be responsible for managing the activities involved in the design preparation delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company managers and employees
  • Will help determine company needs for leadership development succession planning career management interpersonal skills and communication training
  • Will conduct New Employee Onboarding and Orientation for new hires as well as product training before endorsing them to operations
  • Will partner with and join other HR professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies
  • Will research the latest trends in training provided
  • Will evaluate employees improvement based on the training provided
  • Will develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness
  • Will prepare program reports
  • Will perform other duties and/or special projects as necessary
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate employees through call listening sidebyside live monitoring
  • Will monitor trainee performance from training up to nesting before endorsing them to operations


Requirements


  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 8AM5PM
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati and BGC office as required

Track record of success and achievement demonstrated in sustainability, environmental sciences, corporate social responsibility, community relations, or a related field. Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor s Degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Social Science, or a related field is a plus. Sound understanding of environmental, economic, social, and governance issues. Understand the basic concepts of conservation and sustainable development, including energy conservation, waste management, resource and water conservation, and environmental reporting metrics. Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret data to create reports Demonstrates learning agility, strong thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to get up to speed with new processes/procedures and able to adapt readily to change Superior interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to work independently and in a team environment with people at all levels, both internally and externally Ability to work in diverse cultures with diplomacy and an understanding of differences in international business environments Exceptional decision-making skills, demonstrating a strategic and objective approach to challenges and opportunities Demonstrated skills in managing multiple priorities while maintaining poise in difficult situations Some travel may be required. Highly analytical and able to present data intelligence, including new ways of working data within a Hybrid working model, and developing business values for external clients. Outcome-driven customer-centric mindset, ability. Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who can work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units. Superb written and verbal communication skills are required.
