Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Create and evaluate training curriculum materials and content to ensure they are engaging
informative and aligned with learning objectives.
Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training materials and methodologies.
Develop training materials including manuals handouts presentations and multimedia visual aids.
Conduct training sessions both inperson and online and evaluate the effectiveness of training
delivery.
Coordinate training schedules including Meeting link generation equipment setup and participant
registration.
Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars for employees educators and other
stakeholders.
Utilize a variety of training methods including inperson virtual and elearning platforms to reach
diverse audiences.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activity effectiveness and attendance.
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational needs and make
recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other departments and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate
relevant and up to date.
Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact of training programs.
Generate regular reports on training outcomes providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
Monitor student progress and intervene proactively to address issues and ensure student success.
Collaborate with other departments such as academic advising financial aid and career services to
provide comprehensive support to students
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies procedures and regulations relating to training.
Manage the training budget efficiently making responsible decisions regarding resource allocation
and cost control.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the education industry with a proven track record in training
and development.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Training or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills to lead a training team effectively.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology.
Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the education industry
