Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of our
digital therapeutics platform for cardiac rehabilitation
Design and deliver sales training programs focused on effectively communicating the
benefits of our digital therapeutics solutions to healthcare providers and patients.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs and develop
appropriate training materials and resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics
making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to continuously improve
training programs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and
adoption of training initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration education business or related field;
Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development preferably in the
healthcare industry.
Proven track record of delivering soft skills training patientfacing sales training and
hospital training.
Understanding of cardiac rehabilitation and remote healthcare technologies is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire
diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and
stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software is a plus.
