Training And Development Manager - Health And Beauty

• Develop and implement training programs for retail staffs managing budgets and coordinating with marketing teams.
• Ensure training materials reflect brand values and conduct orientations for new hires.
• Train staffs on sales techniques and personalized service monitor interactions and provide feedback.
• Identify and address skill gaps through ongoing training incorporating industry trends and innovative methods.
• Manage uniform stock and participate in nationwide delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
• A minimum 35 years experience in coaching or training preferably in luxury health & beauty retail.
• Strong understanding of luxury and health & beauty retail trends and market dynamics.
• Proficient in English skilled in Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent planning presentation and communication skills.
• Detailoriented collaborative and proactive.
