Training Analyst

• Shift: 40 hours per week Monday Friday
  
• Work Location: Remote
  

• Design and develop instructorled training for the Workday implementation following established instructional design methodologies.
  
• Skilled Instructional Designer with Workday Finance experience and Articulate Storyline
  
• Must have Workday Finance experience and Articulate Storyline
  
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives course structure learning content and assessments.
  
• Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience business process and systems.
  
• Follow company standards guidelines and templates to develop learning materials including student and facilitator presentations and guides activities scenarios and assessments.
  
• Create instructional graphics scenarios or interactions. Write clear and effective instruction and facilitator text appropriate for the target audience.
  
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts.
  
• Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. Selfmanage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks
  
• Monitor and analyze training utilization metrics to measure the effectiveness of training efforts and identify opportunities for optimization
  
• Collaborate with Technology & Digital Solutions and security teams to ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of sensitive information
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or equal number of years of experience in a related field
  

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in instructional design preferably in a healthcare or finance setting. Examples of work will be required at interview
