Training amp Development Associate HR - Internship

We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

The objective of the role is to support the training of our partners by aligning with learning needs and upskilling & reskilling.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and support the needs assessment and maintain communication with our partners to identify learning and development needs.
• Suggest and support the development of curricula and content.
• Listen and understand needs and priorities to meet business requirements.
• Support the design of the training plan and become a certified trainer for Merlins core content.
• Deliver virtual and inperson training to our partners.
• Coordinate learning and development activities. Attendance lists evaluations data and reports.
• Collaborate with the HR department to achieve the best results.
• Support other partner development functions as needed.
• Analyze data and course feedback report results and propose improvement actions.
• Proficient in learning tools technologies and learning delivery methods.

We need:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources and/or similar fields preferably in peopleoriented fields or equivalent relevant experience in years.
• Previous experience in the role or similar roles delivering training to companies in the HR and Recruitment area.
• Native Spanish and professional English.
• Currently residing in Barcelona.
• Handson customerfocused professional with motivation for the sector and dynamism.
• Someone who understands that this is about people!
• Passion for teaching people good presentation skills familiarity and knowledge of the learning field: current methodologies and trends.
