Job Description
- Provides expertise in the creation of Computer Based Testing (CBT) Videos; creates and edits
- Assessments for upload to the ELM using expertise in software tools such as Adobe Captivate
- and Question Mark
- Functionally knowledgeable in Learning Management System use particularly PeopleSofts
- Enterprise Learning Management Module (ELM).
- Applies training development best practices and standards
- Participates in all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases to define design develop
- test implement maintain and sustain the training solution
- Participates in training design/development strategy sessions
- Employs development tools such as the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) 12.0 to develop
- training content
- Develops training products to include Computer Based Training (CBT) InstructorLed
- Training (ILT) Electronic Performance Support tools and other Asynchronous and
- Synchronous products
- Understands the Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE)
- process and Agile Development Concept to effectively plan design develop and test training
- products and deliver training sessions.
- Participates in Program Management (PM) Forums for stakeholder collaboration and other
- SDLC and training purposes.
