Mission Brief: Your Role in Telecommunications Triumph!

Be part of our client s team as a versatile Trainer responsible for conducting new hire and upskill trainings optimizing scripts providing sales coaching identifying training opportunities developing modules and enhancing coaching policies and processes.

Responsibilities: Commanding Your Domain
  • Mainly conduct new hire trainings for Technical Support campaigns and upskill trainings for existing members.
  • Create test and optimize scripts to impact and improve performance KPIs.
  • May be required to assist in or conduct sales coaching and motivational training on the floor.
  • Work with Operations and QA to identify training opportunities and requirements.
  • Run training needs analysis and refresher training programs based on operational requests and identified performance gaps.
  • Create develop and deliver modules based on specific training needs arising from escalations or operational requests.
  • Develop or understand evaluation programs or scorecards.
  • Work in partnership with the operations leadership in designing and deploying an evaluation form along with the process of disseminating the information.
  • Call monitoring and evaluation. Listen to calls and fill in evaluation forms. This listening comes in the form of recorded calls live calls and sidebyside. Trace and listen to call complaints or issues analyze specific areas for improvement and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve coaching policies and processes.
Skill Set Standard: Equip Yourself for Success
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a trainer preferably in an AU telco campaign.
  • Possesses indepth knowledge of training techniques.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibits the ability to manage the full training cycle including inperson activities and webbased learning.
  • Has handson experience with elearning platforms.
  • Displays excellent organizational skills.
  • Shows solid communication and presentation abilities.
