Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 to 2 years experience and out of which at least 6 months or 1 year in fabrication yard / workshop.
Software Skills: AutoCAD 2D AutoDesk Plant 3D CademPVD PV Elite MS Office Caesar II
Knowledge in pressure vessel design based on ASME Codes and Standards
Knowledge in atmospheric storage tank design as per API 650
Prepare mechanical data sheets for Pumps
Prepare mechanical data sheet for static equipment like tank vessels heat exchangers mixers & reactors
Prepare technical specification and data sheet for Agitators conveyors
Prepare technical specification for material handling equipment
Knowledge in for utility packages like boiler chiller cooling tower Water treatment Air compressor Nitrogen thermic fluid system etc.
Vendor drawing review and commenting by using Adobe Acrobat
Inspection of storage tanks vessels mixers reactor
Coordination with other disciplines
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
