Actualize is a 17yearold Multinational Company headquartered in Whitefield Bangalore. We have another delivery centre in Hinjewadi Pune and offices in US and Germany. We are working with several OEM s and Product Companies across 12 countries and have a 200 strong team worldwide. We have openings for talented professionals in our Mechanical Engineering division who have the aspiration and vision to grow with us. The job role will give global exposure to the professionals as they will get a chance to work with clients from Asia Europe and North America and may also get an opportunity to travel onsite at the client site. The opportunity is work from office as we believe people should feel connected and culturally aligned to achieve success.
Job description:
Within the Trade Compliance team you will contribute to execute
- Requests received for HS code classification.
- Communicate with Global Suppliers for gathering SVHC s (Substance of Very High Concern) details in Parts/Products for REACH RoHS TSCA and Proposition 65 Legislations
- Creating and maintaining records for SCIP (Substances of concern in Products) Dossier creation and validation process.
- You work in a team of designers project engineers and logistics engineers.
- You will not be engaged in supplier development negotiation or purchasing of parts from the suppliers
Experience requirements:
- Basics of mechanical & electrical engineering should be clear
- Able to read & understand engineering drawings structure of bill of material & supplier s catalogues.
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to details.
- Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
- Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of BPCS / ERP is a plus
Educational requirements:
- B.E graduate: 12 years experience

- Optimistic & Never give up attitude.
- Driven motivated and take initiative.
- Curious interested in new systems and processes.
- Accurate independent disciplined.
- Good communicative and written skills.
