Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Finance Manager with a CPA license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking industry or extensive experience managing bank clients. This role is crucial for driving our financial planning managing financial risks and ensuring the overall financial health of our organization. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to transform financial interactions in the Philippines through innovative and usercentric financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding security assessments ensuring that these assessments are compliant with the standards of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
• Responding to security incidents including but not limited to data breaches by identifying their cause and initiate the corrective action to prevent the incident from occurring again in the future.
• Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.
• Oversee and manage the companys financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards particularly in the banking industry.
• Develop and implement strategies for minimizing financial risk.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and longterm financial planning and projections.
• Manage relationships with banks financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Lead manage and develop the finance team to achieve excellence in financial management practices.

Requirements:

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management roles with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the banking industry or managing bank clients.
• Indepth knowledge of financial regulations accounting principles and best practices in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities and a team player.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
