Tooling Equipment Engineer

Job Description:

Within the framework of a project vehicle or Program vehicle and Capacity enhancement

• Ensures the processing and industrialization production facilities for the perimeter CMON in accordance with the reference frames Assembly (architecture workshop Engineering)

• He is the privileged Pilot Assembly interlocutor for all industrial resources in CMON.

• He is responsible for planning investments performance and quality related to his production facilities. Interface with the other department (Project Maintenance Manufacturing Product)

Responsibilities:

• Contributes during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions for equipment & facilities.

• Decide on equipment upgrades and installations for the new Scope

• CAPEX budget Preparation & Control for all Assembly shop Projects (factory Perimeter)

• Work actively on rationalization or standards engineering workshops Layout Preparation of general assembly industrialization:

• Equipment technical specification creation RFQ creation technical alignment installation snag closure & buyoff.

• Support the local team in defining the requirements and rules for associated tooling necessary to start production.

• Support the local team to qualify the equipments performance in line with the requirements.

• Write Equipment FMEA Control plan and maintenance plan to sustain the Performance of Equipment

• Audit and validate industrial processes documentation processes means of validation and training.

• Handson Experience in tooling Jigs fixtures Pallets Design Filling Tester equipment nuts assist devices and endofline Equipment

• Handover to Serial life Production

• Suggest a technical solution for Optimizing the Performance of Tools & Equipment

• PLC Programming Knowledge

• Making and receiving Technical reference for the sensitive process from the design department

• Guarantee the best interfaces management with the other industrial departments

• Process sheet preparation & vehicle assembly knowledge execution/serial manufacturing:

• Guarantees internal control and good application of equipment guidelines & rules in line with customers requirements. performs internal and external audits.

• In cases of nonconformity or incident investigate root causes find and implement repair solutions. Crossfunctional action:

• Participate in meetings and working groups.

• Propose improvement ideas and the evolution of the business rules in their domain.
