TN - RN 4500 OBS Unit MedSurg Skill Set - Nights

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse(Medical/Surgical Skill Set). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 3/3/2024

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of RN experience is required.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have current TN RN licensure
• BLS/BCLS certification is essential.

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: Nights 7 pm 7 am; 36/48 schedule

Shift detail: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the travel any Sunday and you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.

Contract Requirement: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.

Radius Rule: The travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area. The radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include the profile skills checklist and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2.
