Bytagig is seeking a Tier 3 Help Desk Technician to join their growing team! We do not have an immediate need at this time but are openly recruiting talent for this role.
This position is fully remote.
The Tier 3 Helpdesk Technician handles highly advanced or Business priority level IT support requests that come in from our Clients. The tier III Helpdesk Technician protects clients IT network and devices by software and hardware checkups data recovery management and cloud management.
