- 3+ years experience
- Ability to independently troubleshoot broad range of IT issues with focus on networking
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Experience with firewalls, wifi and network equipment
- Good knowledge of Windows 10
- Experience with a CCTV, security systems - advantage
- Experience with home entertainment systesm - advantage
- Teamwork and Strong Diagnostic Abilities
- Service Oriented Personality
- Fluent English and Hebrew, full command in written as well as spoken English
- University Degree - advantage
