• Incident Management P1 P2
• Managing Tibco as a platform doing upgrades
• Create new flow setups in different environments DEVQA and PROD
• Upgrade of Tibco to higher version
• Deployment hotfixes from vendor
• Implement security model backup and failover/recovery operations for Tibco platform
• Configuring connectors
• Patch installation and pre and post checks after patch installation
• Experience with Monitoring and Performance tuning tools
• Manage the DEV/QA/PROD environments with high availability.
• Manage the deployments in all the environments DEV/QA and Prod
• Reproduce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment
• In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support complete the associated support documentation to prevent it from happening again
• Qualify the incident and if necessary reclassify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration Platform evolution backlog
