- Budget Development
- Estimating
- Client Relations
- PreConstruction
- Scope development
- Scheduling
- SubContractor & Vendor Bid Soliciting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Construction Experience
- Minimum Six (6) years estimating experience
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook Word Excel Projects)
Desired Qualifications:

- ProCore
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $100000.00 $115000.00 per year
