Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
Drive the Institutional sales in designated area
Drive the implementation of marketing and sales activities to ensure achievement of these plans.
Monitoring and ensuring proper availability of working capital and hence stock levels at various touch points (HD Dealerships and Hero 2.0/Premia) at all designated dealerships
Monitor competition activities and model movement and prepare MIS
Lead Management
Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
Work with Marketing Team to make and execute marketing plan for all dealers
BTL and local marketing execution through dealer
H/W/C classification and monitoring
