Role and Responsibilities:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
  • Establishing coverage distribution and display objectives for all the SOs ASE BDE (Distributor wise) under the guidance of the ASM.
  • Focusing on building Distribution Visibility and Volumes in the Traditional Channel.
  • Building market relationships and creating PJPs for all the SOs ASE/BDE.
  • Appointing the agreed number of distributors to achieve sales coverage and distribution objectives.
  • Establishing primary and secondary targets townwise and marketwise as per the PJPs of all the SOs and SRs.
  • Managing developing training controlling and motivating the sales force across territories.
  • Conducting regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Territory Managers and their teams performance.
  • Filling up all vacancies in the territory on time with the help of the ASM and HR department.
  • Executing all market plans as agreed with the ASM and reporting periodically.
  • Coordinating and executing all marketing and brand activities as per the ASMs plan in the assigned territory.
  • Creating new potential retailer points for the company in untapped markets.
  • Attending to consumer complaints and traderelated issues promptly.
  • Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research to stay updated with products and competitors.
  • Providing assistance to the Distributors by creating healthy business relations.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Strong managerial team building and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.
  • Strong communication skills with a good understanding of businessrelated knowledge.
