Tender Specialist - French Speaking

About the Department:

Bus order is 99% gained through tender. tender team handles all EU continental tenders including collecting tender notice daily preparing the bidding submitting the tender arranging and participating the negotiation during bidding phase winning the tender and working till the contract is signed.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Detecting tender notice daily.
• Arrange evaluation meeting among all supporting teams.
• communicate with inside teams and outside clients to prepare the bid.
• Submit the tender within deadline and follow till awarding arrange handover meeting once awarded.
• Prepare all necessary documents to secure contract sign

Profile:

• Bachelors degree or above ; French and english speaking;mechanical or automobile knowledge background is a big plus;
• Relevant experience in tenders or project management is preferred. Fresh graduates will not be considered.
• Able to work on huge documentation under pressure and handle multitasks within deadlines.
• Selfmotivated responsible team player and independent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint);
• Fluent in French and english . speak Chinese is a plus.
