- Toshiba Prime 80 CT scanner ONLY 4 YEARS OLD!!

- Fuji Synapse PACS
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Nonbillable Orientation: 0hours

Requirement description : THIS IS A CT/XRAY TECH NEED. NOTE JUNE 3 START
- 2 years CURRENT acute care hospital experience Required
- CT Experience REQUIRED PLEASE NOTE CT EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
- ARRT (CT) (R) Certification Strongly Preferred
- High proficiency in CArm Fluoroscopy PACS and IV Placement Required
- NH State Medical Imaging License
- Travel experience (at least 6 mos) Preferred
- Cover page Note start RTO Specialty any specific info traveler would like client to know
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 2 Supervisory Signed References (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications (as required by posting: ARRT NH MIRT BLS)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH MIRT must be inhand at profile upload
Weekend Requirements : Required/Holiday coverage also required if needed
On Call Requirements : Limited oncall hours possible
