Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active at time of submission!!
Weekend Requirements : Weekend Rotation Required
On Call Requirements : No Call
Requirement description :
- 3 Years of Experience Required
- Telemetry Experience (able to read telemetry strip and document on them) Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) Required
- IL RN License Required
- Competent in managing MedSurg/Telemetry type drips Heparin Cardizem etc Required
- Knowledgeable of care for postop knee replacement and postop hip replacement care Required
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)

- Illinois
